We have five roofs on our campus that are in need of being replaced. These buildings include the church, gym, school, office, and rectory. These are the original roofs from when are complex was built in 2004. As our church roof ages, we have put in $13,000 of repairs this past year. The need for a new roof is becoming more evident as we go through our seasons which is why it is one of our top priorities with this campaign.
As our campus matures, a variety of maintenance arises. We will use our parish share to implement our most urgent needs. Some of our most pressing maintenance needs are a new generator, a boiler, and kitchen appliances. Our generator is for emergency electricity to the school and church to keep our learning time and worship time sacred. A new boiler means energy saving and efficiency to keep us warm in the cold winters. Our kitchen appliances have reached their life expectancy as we need a new oven, stove, dishwasher, and freezer.
