Love One Another Capital Campaign 2021

St. Patrick, Elkhorn

Our Parish Roots:

St. Patrick Parish has a long history, dating back to 1878 with the church being incorporated under the laws of the State of Wisconsin. The original church building was completed in 1881, followed by the current red brick church, which was completed in 1905. The Rectory was built in 1918 and expanded in 1961. Youth programs were implemented and in 1958 the parish school was inaugurated. From Pastors’ guidance over the years, the parish is where it is today.
Today, St. Patrick’s parish has grown to over 900 families serving the community of Elkhorn. Under Fr. Oriol’s leadership, the parish aims to exist to PRAY recognizing diversity, GROW placing higher values on Faith Formation and SERVE with Christian compassion.

  PARISH MEETING SPACE - $613,228

For over a century the St. Patrick church has served as a gathering space and been a fixture of the Elkhorn community. To continue to provide for our rapidly growing Catholic community we must embark upon an ambitious undertaking. We must expand our existing footprint to accommodate meeting space demands of our faith formation, bilingual, and community programs. The building addition will reduce the current space limitations that result in meetings being held in staff offices or turned away all together. In order to welcome the enhancement, our existing Columbus Hall, which is outdated and no longer up to safety codes, will need to be torn down. These exciting enhancements will not only allow St. Patrick to accommodate our existing, growing programs, but to also host additional community outreach events, as well as provide essential storage space and restrooms.
