St. Robert Bellarmine, Union Grove

Our Parish Roots:

In 1961, the Archdiocese purchased 14.7 acres on Highway 45 across from Union Grove High School. In 1963, a building committee was chosen, and the name St. Robert Bellarmine was selected. In 1965, the new church was offi cially established as a parish of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and the Rev. James Johnson was appointed the fi rst Pastor. In 1966, ground was broken for the new church. Currently, Deacon Anton Nickolai, Fr. Joe Daccache and Deacon Jason Myres serve all four parishes in celebrating Masses, Prayer and Worship, Administration, Sacramental Life, Discipleship/Evangelization, and Ecumenism.

The Kenosha-Racine County Line Catholic Parishes are a collaboration of four nearby parishes within the Archdiocese of Milwaukee who work together to serve God and our neighbors. We are made up of St. Francis Xavier and St. John the Baptist in Kenosha County and St. Mary of the Assumption and St. Robert Bellarmine in Racine County. We are happy you are here with us.

Our Share

THROUGH MUCH PRAYER, PLANNING, AND CONVERSATION, WE HAVE IDENTIFIED OUR GREATEST NEEDS AND INITIATIVES TO STRENGTHEN OUR MISSION AND VISION FOR YEARS TO COME. OUR SHARE OF THE FUNDS RAISED WILL BE USED TO REMODEL THE WEST ENTRANCE BATHROOMS, INSTALL AN HVAC SYSTEM FOR OUR HALLS AND CLASSROOMS, AND TO INSTALL A ROSARY WALK AND A MARIAN GROTTO.

MARIAN ROSARY WALK AND PAVILION

Our parish places Jesus Christ at the center of our sacramental and liturgical focus. As good stewards of our home, we would like to install a Rosary Walk and Marian Grotto. This will provide our parishioners a place of worship surrounded by natural beauty and provide the community with a beautiful expression of our Catholic faith and devotion to the Great Mother of God.

WEST ENTRANCE BATHROOMS

Our West entrance bathrooms are in disrepair. Planned repairs include but are not limited to the bathroom floors, walls, ceiling, vents, and fixtures. Updating these bathrooms will ensure that we present and maintain the safest and most hygienic conditions for all parishioners, staff, and visitors.

HVAC SYSTEM

We need to upgrade common-use facilities in our parish. We need to install an HVAC system for our hall and classrooms. Making this necessary investment will improve ventilation in our building and will ensure a more comfortable faith experience for all who use our facilities.
